**Warm weather shipping notice**
Our lip balms are crafted with nourishing plant oils, butters, and beeswax and are sensitive to extreme heat. During periods of high temperatures, we ship orders with a cold pack whenever possible, but your lip balm may still arrive softened after time in a warm delivery truck or mailbox.

If your lip balm arrives soft, simply allow it to cool completely before opening or using it. Place it upright in the refrigerator for 30–60 minutes will quickly restore its firmness. To help prevent melting, we recommend bringing your package indoors as soon as possible after delivery and avoiding prolonged exposure to heat, such as in a parked car.
